Running Flight Procedures Design Research. Pbn

A lot of new navigation technologies have been developing in recent years alone with international aviation and modern technology development. PBN definition had defined by ICAO according to RNAV and RNP operations. PBN procedures will be used around the world which in ICAO plan as a new technology navigation technology.Lay out of contents and chapters as followed:In chapter 1, state the intentions and meanings of this paper, look forward to future of PBN navigation development.In chapter 2, introduce PBN concept,PBN operation specifications and characteristics. After comparing the differences between RNAV and RNP, the foundation of flight procedures design theory had been established.In chapter 3, Analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages between the traditional flight procedures and PBN procedures design standards and method.In chapter 4, analyze three airport's PBN flight procedures design and operation characteristics emphatically, which including GUANGZHOU BAIYUN and SANYA FENGHUANG and LINZI MILIN airports.In chapter5, the criteria for procedure design.Flight safety for civil aviation in the world will be enhanced,airport and airspace capacities and operation efficiency will be increased. Furthermore, it will optimize en-route and airspace structures,reduce ground facility construction,achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction, all because of PBN technology is widely used . The stakeholders of popularization and application of PBN in China include civil administration,airlines,ATC,airport s and inspectors ,etc.PBN covers many technology areas. The pivotal technology including satellite navigation,aircraft flight management and controlling,flight procedures design,navigation database creation and management, etc. The design of PBN flight procedures and relative airport procedures will be researched in this paper.I hope this paper provide thought and enlighten for PBN flight procedures designers,airlines and other relative research personnel.
