| With the rapid growth of the number,density and aviation business volume of our civil airports,the environmental impact caused by the operation of the airport has become increasingly prominent,among which the more prominent are the noise impact of airport aircraft,the emission of air pollutants,and the restrictions on urban construction caused by airport clearance requirements.In recent years,in order to control the impact of aircraft noise,people have begun to try noise abatement flight procedures and achieved some success,but the research on the role of noise abatement flight procedures in reducing aircraft air pollution and clearance restrictions is still blank.Carrying out comprehensive environmental benefits research on noise abatement flight procedures will help reduce the impact of airport operations on the acoustic environment and atmospheric environment,and at the same time will free up more space for the construction of cities around the airport,so as to realize the coordinated,green and sustainable development between the airport and the city.The thesis explains the physical meaning of common airport noise evaluation indicators,selects the evaluation indicators for aircraft single noise events and cumulative noise events,and uses NPD interpolation as the calculation method for single noise events.The thesis systematically analyzes the noise reduction principles and applicable conditions of common noise abatement flight procedures such as the near end of the runway,the far end of the runway,continuous descent,and continuous climb,and uses the INM tool software to analyze the noise reduction effects of various noise reduction flight procedures.The thesis analyzes the main air pollution emissions from aircraft and their hazards.With the help of the BADA database and related models,the paper analyzes the fuel saving and pollutant emission reduction effects of various noise abatement flight procedures.The comparison of the noise abatement flight procedure protection area with the conventional procedure protection area and the obstacle restriction surface proves that the noise-reduction flight procedure can relax the airport clearance requirements,which is beneficial to the construction of cities around the airport.Finally,the domestic case airport and its related actual operating data were selected to analyze and verify the effect of improving the sound environment and atmospheric environment quality of the airport after the implementation of the noise abatement flight procedures by using the simulation method. |
