Human Resource is the most important resource in modern enterprise. How to develop effectively and manage scientifically human resource is the key of winning competition for the modern enterprises. Since the reform and opening-up, to the outside world, Chinese private economy develops at the very fast speed. By more twenty years, private enterprises have developed into the important part of China economy. But private enterprises, especially middling and small private enterprises have existed a lot of problems in HRM(Human Resource Management). As the most resource of enterprises, Human resource has not been given enough recognition in middling and small private eaterprises. The stratagems function of HRM and the management concept of HRM have not gotten enough embodiments,which have been the bottleneck which restricted the further development of middling and small private enterprises. Employing the theory of the modern human resource management, this thesis has anatomized the human resource management of SHENGYUAN Corporation which is a typical private enterprise, has analyzed the existent problem of human resource development and management in this corporation, and has put forward the corresponding countermeasure.Otherwise, this theory bases modern human resource management theory and method, combines the circs of modern information technology development and applications, aiming at the human resource management of SHENGYUAN Corporation, the thesis has carried through the function design of management information system, has betrayed author's attitude to related issues about the system development and application, has provided refernces about the constructing of human resource development and management for this corporation.
