According to the consensus of the management community,we know that human resource cost is one of the important factors for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.The greater the cost of human resources,the greater the likelihood that the firm can create high value,but the greater the cost of human resources,the greater the pressure on cost control.Successful human resource cost control can help enterprises to improve the efficiency of human resource management,and thus for enterprises to obtain more economic benefits.Do a good job of human resource cost control,to control it at a reasonable level,to maintain a healthy operation,as part of the competitive advantage.For the oil and gas industry,the overall pattern of China's urban gas is still tend to use efficient,clean natural gas,the company has the obvious advantages of long-term development in this area,then how competitive environment in the competitive environment to maintain a competitive advantage,The cost of human resources to control it becomes essential.On the current actual situation,natural gas transportation,pipeline operation more difficult,relatively high demands on the people,requires a large number of first-line operation staff and have good quality and professional background of the management staff,so many companies in the human The control of resource cost is influenced by internal and external factors,and presents different control levels.Some companies because of the large number of employees,but there is no better human resource cost control,leading to enhance the company's economic impact is affected.Based on the analysis of human resource structure of K Company,this paper chooses A and B companies which are in the same industry as K Company to do a good comparison to analyze the K company in the human resources acquisition costs,development costs,the use of cost and cost of resignation and other issues.Based on the industry background,business model and human resource management system of K Company,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems according to the factors that affect the cost control of human resources.This is th e human resource cost control theory and the actual human resource cost control problems arise together,making the human resource cost control theory can be better applied to the enterprise,to solve the problem of human resource cost control to provide reality and theory in accordance with.
