Since the reform and opening, private enterprise has gained great development. It has deeply affected the development of the national economy and has been the important part of the national economy. flow, the private enterprise is in its secondary achievement,it needs to setup its own core power to succeed. Core power is based on the human resource,and so the private enterprise has the necessary to strengthen the interior human resource management. The coming of knowledge economy and the join of WTO bring more furious competition,also need the private enterprise to strengthen its human resource management.With contrast to the age's hot demand is the unsatisfactory fact of our private enterprise. Based on this, firstly, the paper analyzes the current state of the human resource management, finds the problems, and points out that the private enterprise need to perfect the system of human resource management. Then the paper analyzes the background of the development of the private enterprise, the secondary achievement needs it to set up the core power, besides the outer environment,mainly the WTO and the knowledge economy require to streng then the human resource management of the private enterprise. At the fourth part of the paper, it introduces the American and the Japan's human resource management style. Finally, based on the front analyses,the paper puts forward some measures.
