Since the reform and opening up, private owned enterprises have developed faster andfaster and played more important role in national economic development. Real estateis very important in national economic development, and more and more privateowned enterprises have engaged in real estate development. The development scaleand speed of an enterprise is determined by its management models. Large-scaleenterprises always have a professional model on human resource management andown a team composed of professionals in that field, human resource management playan important role there and always be rose to the height of strategic management,provide a solid guarantee for the stable development of enterprises. However, manyprivate owned enterprises tend to ignore the human resources strategic planning in thedevelopment of strategic planning. In the development process, Tianjin Century RealEstate Development CO. LTD has always focused on the business development andhasn’t considered the human resource situation of the company; the human resourcessystem cannot effectively support strategic business development. Sometimes thecompany needs to cut down the staff in order to save cost, and sometimes it’s short ofstaff when there are more programs. People are regarded as capital rather thanresource there, and this company lacks the concept of talent development, training,explore, effective use and efficient management. Talent development andmanagement stay at current levels because of the old ideas of human resource, theenthusiasm and creativity of employees will be affected, thus hindering furtherdevelopment of the company.The paper firstly summarized the theory of private owned enterprise and humanresources and then described the meaning and development process of privateenterprise major in real estate enterprise and the meaning, features and developmentprocess of modern human resource management. Secondly, the paper researcheddeeply on the problems of human resource management in private owned enterprisemajor in real estate enterprise, included corporate culture; institutional settings and soon, then the paper analyzed the human resources situation of Tianjin Century RealEstate Development CO. LTD, included organization, employees, training, pay andbenefits, performance appraisal system and so on. At last, the paper gave suggestions on how to improve the human resource management of Tianjin Century Real EstateDevelopment CO. LTD; the suggestions included improve the corporate culture,human resource planning, and human resource management system and so on.
