Chinese economists and experts of business management always mainly study the enterprises development strategie,macroeconomic environment and national policies when doing the research on private enterprises. And recruitment, appraisal performances and training when doing the research on private enterprises HR management . And we are lack of systematical study and research on how to use the human resources of the community and the management practice of spefific enterprise effectively . This article will have a further study on how to attract and retain talants ,plan talents and develop the private enterprises sustainally.There are six chapters in total. The first chapters is for the surveys and research on HR of private enterprises . For private enterprises, the loss of good employees is another majoy challenge impeding the development . Against this phenomenon , the second chapter will put the emphasize on analysing the reasons for talents loss and measures which will prompt private enterprises's operation. Private enterprises are not standardized, human resources management is more severe on person management and we are particularly lack of the theory on HPM. Based on this ,chapter three , together with the author's practical working experience and theroy , will talk about some specific conductive knowledge on HRM which based on the basic theory management on HRM. In the fourth chapter , the author will give the suggestion on the selection and training of employee and introduce the conditions and relatonship between HR plan and the sustainable development of private enterprises . And it will also discuss the further usefulness on the effective combinaton of private enterprises and social HR . The author will tak the ideas on HR design of Kang Ji Real Estate Limited Complany in GuangDong for example to further explore the methods and ideas on the employee's selection of private enterprises in chapter five whic is useful to other private enterprises.In the conclusion part ,the author summarizes the analysis and the argumentation of the former five chapters ,and gains that, firstly ,the private enterprises should emancipate the minds and change the notions . Secondly, it is also useful for private enterprises to improve the setup of institutions accelerate the training of HR managers, and establish the modern managerial notion as People-Oriented at the same time, enhance the mudual adaptation and coordination between talents and working constantly ,respect talents ,treat people equally, establish HR management system, thoroughy, strenth the building of copovate culture.
