On The Reform Of China's Commercial Banks Flat

In the 《Guidelines on Corporate Governance Reforms And Supervision of Bank of China and Construction Bank of China》 issued by the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the eight part says that the two pilot banks shall optimize their organizational set-up, improve the allocation of resources and conduct their business in an efficient and cost-effective manner by way of reducing the layers of hierarchy, adopting a line management structure and streamlining their business and management procedures.Although fiat organization reform is only a part of Chinese commercial banks' reform, it plays a very important role actually. This article introduces the difference between the commercial banks in China and overseas and the development of Chinese commercial banks. Based on that, it analyzes the outside and inside environment about the flat organization reform and the strengths and weaknesses about it. And how to operate the flat organization reform in the Bank of Communications Nanjing Branch is my key opinion. This article analyzes the troubles feced by this reform and gives some suggestions about it. According to it , I hope the reform can be an effective operation with no pain.
