Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The System Reform Of The Commercial Banks

Currently facing severe international economic situation, China’s economic growth has gradually slowed down, financial reform is constantly deepening, the interest rate market advances progressively and the competition among financial industry becomes more dramatic.As a member of the small and medium banks, Baoshang Bank is developed from city commercial banks, we are confronted with unprecedented pressure.In order to seek development from the dilemma, Baoshang Bank must change his thinking to look for a breakthrough and explore the road of division system reform.This text firstly analyses the status of Baoshang Bank’s implementation on reform of the division system from organizational structure,operating results,management capacity and performance assessment plan and sums up a range of issues existed in the reform.Then this article uses organizational structure mode of domestic and international commercial banks and related reform experience of division system to specificly describes the enlightenment brought by the reform of division system of Standard Chartered Bank,Deutsche Bank and Minsheng Bank.Finally, through the previous theoretical analysis and case studies, it comes up with the countermeasures on improving the division system reform of Baoshang Bank.Because Baoshang Bank’s division system reform has just begun and the small and medium banks ’successful experience is so limited, we still continually improve these proposed arguments and conclusions in the future research and strive to offer more useful suggestions for promotion of division system reform in Baoshang Bank and organizational mode reform of other small and medium commercial banks.
