Commercial Banks Flattening Of The Organization Reform Study

Reform in organizational structure is an important part. to construct a scientific corporate governance structure.Organizational changes that can enable enterprises to become more flexible,sensitive,efficient ,and fast.Through summarizing the practical experience of the domestic and foreign commercial banks in the organizational flat reform,this article choose the reform process of ICBC as a time clue,and choose the ICBC Quanzhou branch as a typical case to analysis the organizational flat reform of commercial banks.This article proceeds from the background and significance of the organizational flat reform in state-owned commercial banks and analyzes the necessity and urgency of the reform.And then sort out the typical experience of domestical and foreignal commercial banks.Last, this article compares the domestical commercial banks with the foreignal commercial banks.and sums up the reference to other banks.Research on the organizational flat reform is based on the clue of the reform process of ICBC.Briefly,it overviews ICBC and introduce the management structure and the shortcomings of internal and external organizational structure .Also,combined with the reform actions and experience of Xiamen Branch and Laiwu Branch,this article dynamicly analysis the measures and problems.in the reform process.Finally,this article choose the ICBC Quanzhou Branch as a case to study the reform measures and the problems and deficiencies in the process. Moreover,there are five suggestions be proposed.
