With the development of economic globalization, In China, large-and medium enterprises playan increasingly important role in the international competition. A higher request was promoted toChina’s information management level. As the most important strategic resources of a group, enterprise human resources management also needs to be in line with the world-class managementlevel. To guarantee that human resources with the technology environment which is altering fromday to day develop simultaneously. Optimizing the process of human resources management, implementing the automation of human resources management roundly and the transformation fromtraditional human resources structure to human resources information, are hot topics in informationtechnology field research, designs and implementation at present.Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a kind of architecture, which is centering on serving. It is an abstract concept and the guidelines of software architecture, and is a bridge between theinformation technology and the concrete business. Through it’s a series of design principle, designpattern and implementation technology, the concrete business information service can be achievedon. Simultaneously, the coupling of systems is reduced in most extent and the reuse of software isenhanced. This thesis focuses on the application of service-oriented architecture (SOA) in the humanresources management system. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a service-oriented structureof the system, both the concept of software architecture guidelines. In addition, or major bridgeconnecting IT with the actual business. In this thesis, the author first introduces the research background and significance, anddescribed the course of development of the human resource management system and the currentresearch situation. And human resources management system for SOA and Web Service technology, including SOA concepts, to analyze the relationship between Web service technology and both fullyillustrate the advantages of these technologies in practical applications where. In this paper, thedesign of the system as a whole needs to start thinking based on a service-oriented softwarearchitecture, the system is decomposed into the business logic layer, service layer and data accesslayer, to achieve, and ultimately the formation of the whole system must have coordination andcombination of mechanisms. As a result, the software development process has become clearer, andto improve the efficiency of the system, and enhanced software portability and scalability. Finally, the author summarizes the research work of the full text of the shortcomings which putforward, and the future of human resource management system development.
