The Human Resources Information Management System that this thesis has studied is a system that aims at function department of the army completing inquiry, modification and comprehensive statistics of the human resources information. Its design goal is that can really realize the real-time, interactive management way, meeting the need of e-management, in order to improve working efficiency and mechanography degree , economize the time and cost of the human resources management.Taking the Human Resources Information management of function department of the army as our study object, and based on the consideration of current actuality of Human Resources Information management , a proposal of designing management System on distributed Web Service is put forward, which can improve system expandability and reusability. Then, a structure of the distributed database and a model of the whole system is described. Finally, some proposal for system optimization is also presented.Focused on the characters of function department of the army Human Resources management , advantages of distributed Human Resources Information Management system based on Web Service is interpreted, such as its simpleness, expandability, transplantability, reusability and so on. The system discussed before is analysed and modeled by means of using Unified Modeling Language (UML). On the basis, the distributed Web Service frame of the system and distributed database structure is studied in detail. Meanwhile, the function of system, such as user management and human basic information management and so on, is implemented in detail. |
