As the development of the socialism market economy, the television medium in China with a fast development has entered into industry age. At the meanwhile, the television medium industry has become a pillar industry. According to the statistics in 2008, China has already owned more than 2000 television organizations and 2500 television channels. As a newly arisen industry, the television is getting a great development in recent years. Along with the marketing proceed and industrial proceed, the competition of the television market is also increasing vigorously. Under these circumstances, each television station carries on the resources integration in succession and investigate business model aggressively, then reform the original system to acquire the stronger competition ability.In the process of the industry reform in the television station, the salary system reform is one of the difficulties and key points. At the present, the television station salary reform which hasn't formed a systematic and specific thought of salary plan is still in a talking and exploration stage. This paper has researched the dialect program—《Ma la tang》of Sichuan television station and discussed the policy of salary system reform which is representative in television station.This paper mainly studies the following:First, the background of the thesis and its significance explained, emphasizing the development of this study was the importance of the column; Secondly, in the second part of the paper, the author of previous theory and research remuneration is reviewed, focusing on analysis of an ideal "Ma spicy hot "part pay system design theory; third, the author of" Mala Tang "column in the existing pay system, an in-depth analysis and to identify problems in existing systems; fourth, the" Mala Tang "column the pay system design, and use the Hay evaluation method designed for staff wages; fifth to study the "Mala Tang" section of the process of implementing the pay system, protection mechanisms, including an emphasis on communication, and performance management match, standardize management, etc. . In this paper, through the "Mala Tang" column of the salary system re-design, fully improve the column under the old system, there is all kinds of problems, such as inefficiency, and human resources issues such as gathering force is not strong for the part of the further development of the lay a good foundation.
