With the rapid development of network technology and mobile communication technology,the number of TV media is increasing day by day.Network TV,mobile TV and so on have gained the favor of many viewers by virtue of their advantages,this makes the traditional radio and television company operating income decline,the competitiveness weakened,the most prominent performance is the loss of corporate marketers.As a company in charge of broadcasting service in the western region,SD radio and television company is facing an unprecedented market shock,and the loss rate of marketing staff is becoming more and more serious in the past two years.Therefore,how to reduce the loss of marketing staff is one of the urgent problems to be solved by SD broadcasting company.Based on the basic concepts and theories of business management,human resource management and psychology,this paper describes the current situation of the marketing staff of SD Company by Questionnaire Survey and expert interview,including the management system of marketing personnel,the direction of loss and the current situation of loss,focusing on the direction of loss of marketing personnel and the impact of loss,it also points out that the loss of marketing staff will increase the input cost of human capital,reduce the stability of marketing team,and the talent gap may affect the core competitiveness of enterprises Through the questionnaire survey of satisfaction of marketing staff and the reasons for turnover marketing staff turnover,the results of the two questionnaires are compared and analyzed.The results show that the main reasons for the loss of marketing personnel in SD radio and television company are mainly reflected in the lack of competitiveness of salary level,the absence of corresponding salary adjustment mechanism in the current salary system,the imperfect welfare system,the single promotion space,the incomplete setting of performance appraisal indicators,the inadequate use of the assessment results,etc..In view of the reasons for the loss of marketing personnel in SD radio and television company,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of the loss of marketing personnel in SD radio and television company from the aspects of perfecting the salary and welfare system,broadening the promotion channel of marketing personnel and optimizing the performance appraisal system of marketing personnel.
