| Regional medical coordination is the third development requirement of healthy informatization after 2 stages– hospital management informatization and clintical mangement informatization. The objective is to fully share the healthy data of disperse medical organization inside the region and efficiently integrate recourses as well as implement service coordination, in order to put a new medical treatment model of"community clinic treats minor illness, big hospital treats severe illness"in practice. In this way, we can relief the hospitalization pressure of big hospitals and efficient utilize the medical resources of small hospitals and community clinics, therefore efficiently integrate resources and balance doctor resources.Regional medical coordination system is a heterogeneous subsystems integration which has a unique standard interface and based on various medical information standards. Therefore, when building a regional medical coordination system, we need to concentrate on the openness and interoperability, so we need to have a open standards and technology in order to reach this goal. Regional medical coordination base on service-oriented collaborative system principle is researched in this thesis. The following are the specific work in this dissertation:(1) Study the principles of collaborative system and regional medical collaborative system and analyze the issues faced by regional medical coordination. Conclude and compare the research achievements of the existing regional medical collaborative system and analyze the problems in the current researches. Study the principle and feasibility of establish the regional medical collaborative system based on HL7 and SOA, determine to design and realize the regional medical collaborative system based on HL7 and SOA and solve the interoperability of collaborative systems.(2) Refer to the actual needs of regional medical coordination and design the functional module and processor architecture of regional medical collaborative system. From the aspects of data sources, utilization patterns, storage patterns and so on, make a contrast analysis to the storage strategies of data and design medical storage strategy based on federal storage pattern. At the same time, make a contrast choice of the information system integration technology.(3) Based on the cross-indexing technology, design and realize the overall uniform identification of agents and patents. Design and realize the upload and download function of data; realize the construction and analysis of HL7 message based on HAPI; realize the error-free transmission of message based on Weblogic JMS.(4) Design and realize solutions for regional information system integration based on SOA. Divide the integration system into three levels in the integration architecture: user application level, service level and component level. In the manner of Web Service encapsulation, make the most of the existing IT assets, besides, the service of encapsulation can be reused and reorganized and make the application of systems interact with each other free of obstacles through business process. By the decomposition of the business based on HL72.4 and the analysis of the existing medical IT assets, discover the service alternatives to be revealed and determine the revealed service in the way of business process analysis. And use the open source of Axis, jUDDI and UDDI4j to realize the encapsulation, registration, issuance and searching of Web service.(5) At last, a trail operation is carried out to the system and a completeness testing is implemented to the function of the system.In a word, the dissertation analyzes the existing regional medical collaborative system and designs and realizes the regional medical collaborative system based on HL7 and SOA according to the principle of service-oriented collaborative systems.By supporting by this system, regional medical information can be shared, services are coordinated, and efficiently integrated regional medical information resources. |
