In recent years, due to the Jiangmen Power Supply Bureau of information, based on a variety of development platform and tools to be a large number of application software systems, making enterprise software systems become increasingly large and complex, real-time collaboration system due to the deployment of a separate, not Other applications for information sharing, in the "information isolated island" state.This paper analyzes the Jiangmen Power Supply Bureau in the day-to-day office staff and long-distance education in the use of real-time collaboration system, the actual needs and business processes. SOA-based thinking and using Web Services technology to design and realize the real-time collaboration system interface, and realize the heterogeneous integrate with the OA system and long distance education platform. Eliminating the "information isolated island", making real-time collaboration system can play a greater role.Firstly, this paper bases on the discussing of the background of this project, analyses the functional and non-functional requirement, and describes particularly the system requirement by the flow chart and use case.On the basis of the requirement analysis, discussed the architecture design of the real-time collaboration system. Firstly, according to the needs and goals of the structure, and then the structure will be designed into the application architecture, deployment architecture, security architecture and integration framework were discussed. Then, divided the real-time collaboration services framework into data access layer, business logic layer, service layer, and gives the detailed design of theclass diagram.Secondly, on the basis of the detailed design, this paper describes the realization ofdata access layer and business logic tier for the real-time collaboration system. Focuson the Web Services interface of the service layer. Analysis the testing program and thedifficulties of the systems integration.The development work of this project was completed in 2007,After rigorous testing, Ithas been successfully used in Jiangmen Power Supply Bureau. Finally,this paper madea brief introduction to the application of the project.This paper also give a vision andsuggestions for improvement of this application integration framework model and thereal-time collaboration service interface.
