The international health information standard V3 HL7 and domestic health information standards were studied. Combining the V3 methodology with the domestic health information standards and the actual business, a unified specification for the exchange of V3 messages and shared documents is constructed.And the data format and data structure calibration method is proposed.3. According to the overall design of the platform, the data acquisition technology kettle, data interactive technology webservice and message queue technology Jafka are conducted in-depth analysis and research,And proposing the data exchange platform integration technology solutions.4.
