The sector of medical aid has ushered in a new era with the continuous development of our country's IT industry. With the gaining popularity of the concept of digitalized hospital, a large number of hospitals have adopted information systems such as HIS (Hospital Information System), CIS (Clinical Information System) with the aim of boosting efficiency so as to render patients better services. While the development and integration of inner-hospital information system have become the focus of experts'attention within the area, pre-hospital first aid, a vital link in medical aid, has been stuck in the out-dated traditional work model. The fundamental reason for the failure of sharing information which obstructs the seamless connection between pre-and inner-hospital first aid lies in information isolation during first aid transportation process. And the ultimate solution to realize real-time information sharing during transportation is to break this information barrier.Being an extension of inner-hospital emergency aid to the pre-hospital period, mobile vehicle-mounted medical aid, whose efficiency directly correlates to the success/failure ratio of emergency aid, is designed to shorten the diagnosing time of inner hospital emergency aid. This article, with its focus on the study of currently available applicable integration technology of mobile vehicle-mounted medical aid, analyzes currently used emergency aid model and process. With HL7 (Health Level Seven) as the standard for information exchange and technologies such as Web Services, Multi-media, data base, WebGIS, GPS, FMS, FLEX, and 3G as basis for the design of comprehensive framework, the technology is finally realized with the application of computer languages such as C# and ActionScript. After first analyzing the current situations of emergency aid at home and abroad, the article continues to elaborate on the defects of available models. Then, the author, after filing and sorting research material on information technology integration of digitalized hospital and equipment and relating technology adopted by currently available mobile vehicle-mounted emergency aid system, designed and put forward integration proposal and system framework for mobile vehicle-mounted emergency aid system and proposed that the system is composed of the followings:call & answer subsystem, vehicle-mounted information terminal, HL7 Gateway, WebGIS vehicle-tracking sub-system, and video tele-medicine subsystem. The system is second-developed on the basis of current WebGIS, HL7 Engine, and multi-parameter monitoring system. Inter-sub-system information transfer is realized via Web services written by C#, with the feature of 3G whose top speed reaches 144KB/S in a fast moving environment. Related study is realized in connection with camera, microphone and publish () method provided by FMS on the collection of patients' biological data, the transfer of data between systems of incompatible constructions, video tele-medicine and vehicle tracking. Finally, the viability and advance nature of the research content of this article is verified though an analysis on its operating mode. The achievements of research depicted in this article lies in the breakthrough of the model of traditional pre-hospital emergency aid, furthermore, it improves medical aid efficiency and provides a solid reference for the construction of "green passage" connecting pre-and inner-hospital emergency aid.The topic-picking and research content of this article is from the 2008 National 863 Project "the new integration technology for businesses in a mobile environment".
