Based On Software Project Management System Design And Realization

Many domestic middle-size and small-size software companies are currently faced with the issues such as frequent changes of plan, the shortage of project resources and delayed responses. The approach to effect management of software projects in introducing new projects has become a popular research subject.This paper took Software Company A′s project management as an example to have in-depth study of the complicated management process. It mainly focused on company A's project management and its existing issues. A system module adapted to software project management was constructed. This module included the design and the realization of resource management system, the system module of tasks and schedules, the design and the realization of electronic warehouse, BUG tracking system and so on. Human resources and intellectual resources of the company were drawn out. Through the evaluation of personnel′s ability and efficiency and the different projects'different needs for personnel, human resources were fully and reasonably utilized based on SDLC′s three responsive management modules of the project integration team management. Due to the management of and the standard for development activities, the writer made integration between the waterfall-style exploitation and the iterative exploitation, which stabilized the development standard and rules.Through the management improvements, Company A realized the control to the projects, built up speedy feedback system, optimized the human resource configuration, IT-based project management. These research findings were not only useful for the Company A′s resources management and process management in software development, but also can be applied to other similar middle-size and small-size software companies.
