| Software development organizations have to improve the process for software developing under the market and user's pressure, along with the introduction for the CMM (Capability Maturity Model), software enterprise starting the revolution for software process all over the world.On account of widespread applicability and scientific nature, CMM may enormous promote the software organization's performance management, help the organization scientifically manage project development. Without doubt the CMM has brought the excellent way for us. As a result of some reason, the process for CMM implement in our country is not very smooth.The main content includes:(1) Introduced the CMM elementary theory comprehensively, software process and SW-CMM(software Capability Maturity Model). Described the current software enterprise's development present situation, compared with west country's cultural, pointed out the challenge in our country's software enterprise when start CMM.(2) Discussed the software enterprise with emphasis on the CMM software process improvement., put forward the improvement strategy in software process improvement, and introduced the (SQA)software quality assurance and (SCM)software configuration management, give some advises for process improvement when we start CMM.(3) Described a CMM implementation case which the author participates point of view from organization level process improvement and project level process improvement. Then analyze the conflict and the question appears in our country's software enterprise when start software process improvement. |
