Bank Customer Information Management System Design And Implementation

Bank customer information management system is used to manage the bank's customer information. Its basic functions are: Constructing unified views of all customer information; providing a real-time and consistent access service to customer information for the head office and bank branches at different levels. Bank customer information management system is becoming a necessary part of bank management informationization.This thesis introduces the development of a Web-based bank customer information management system. First, the concepts of customer information management system and its meaning in this thesis are presented; then, some information technology and tools which are commonly used in the banking industry are introduced, including databases, network technology and ASP.NET etc. Based on the analysis of the requirements of customer information management, the functional configuration of the customer information management system is defined, and the system's over-all structure is designed based on B/S model. After that, the detailed design and implementation of the system are presented, including the database design, the design and implementation of client with ASP.NET etc. Finally, testing is done for the system, and the results of testing and trial operation indicate this system achieved the design objects and can match the needs of customer information management of our bank. It is expected, with application of this bank customer information management system and other related systems, the management informationiz-ation and the quality of service of our bank will be greatly improved.
