As we all know, the customer service and management play a vital important role in the modern business competition, the security of customer information management and service management has been a large corporate sector as well as the big problem. According to the different customer application environment, the required customer information management system size and specific functional requirements are also different. UF Software Co., Ltd. as a share of medium-sized customer support department is also facing medium-sized customer information and service management problems. Thus, a tailored customer service management system for the medium-sized department is needed.The system has been designed by the.NET platform, and the user logins through the Internet. And it is also designed with Microsoft SQL Server database. With the detailed design of the database, it can ensure data security. The system is designed to serve An Shan Business Center distributed throughout the country consultants and corporate sector staff. All staff who have permissions through user name and password of the system to view and download the necessary information. We can also manage customer information through the special privileges and employee information. Consultants can be submitted through the system platform, application services, customer system upgrade or maintenance. Headquarters have administrative privileges to the service application for approval.Through a period of trial operation and formal operations of the system, it achieved good results. Consultants and sector work efficiency has been greatly improved. For the company to provide customers with a large number of value-added services, while also increasing customer stickiness and the company’s credibility. The success of the system provides an effective basis for the future application of customer information management system. It also provides experience for the future of the component class customer service system development.
