This thesis mainly on the lower Yellow River water supply situation as the research object, design a digital water management system. And thus can reduce the basin's water resources waste and comprehensively improve the basin's water resources utilization efficiency, buffering the growing demand for water of the Yellow River lower reaches of the contradictions.Thesis with the current status of the Yellow River lower reaches of the actual water supply made sufficient investigations and studies on water management systems have done a comprehensive analysis of the status quo.
