With the implementation of water conservancy informationization and proposal of the smart Yellow River,the main business of harnessing the Yellow River gets close to informatization.The industrial information of the Yellow River is an important constituent part of the flood prevention business in the Yellow River.Limited by various causes,industrial information digitization of the Yellow River hasn't been comprehensively carried out.The industrial information transmission means is lagging and it is based on telephone and fax for transmission,showing slow transmission speed and small information volume.Meanwhile,quickly changed information can't be timely reflected.Lots of industrial information can't be timely reported and updated.In this paper,the author mainly elaborated design and realization of the integrated information service module in the industrial information acquisition platform of the Yellow River.By aiming at the demand that grass-roots flood prevention workers have no platform to inquire basic industrial information data of the Yellow River,dealing with and analyzing water regimen data,industrial information data,dangerous case data,flood prevention deployment information and disaster data,the author completed the following aspects:1.By aiming at the demands of basic flood prevention workers,the specific demand analysis was conducted.By combining with the functional demands,the basic framework of the system was designed,including water regimen information module,industrial information module,dangerous case information module,flood prevention deployment module and disaster information module.According to the system demands,relevant database was designed.2.B/S three-layer technical framework,integrated database technology and J2 EE technology were applied and Myeclipse development platform and SVN project management were utilized to realize the water regimen information module,including water regimen information of the riverway,water regimen information of the reservoir,and rain condition information.The industrial information module includes embankment information,dangerous information,control information,watergate information,pipeline information,river-crossing work information,construction crossembankment information,and bridge information with full-region self-defined search function,integrating with dangerous case information,flood prevention deployment information and disaster information.3.The integrated information service module can fill in gaps that the grass-roots flood prevention workers in the Yellow River have no idea about the water regimen information and industrial information inquiry function of the Yellow River.The design and realization of the integrated information can greatly improve data analysis ability of water regimen information in the Yellow River.After applying this system,the feedback of grass-roots flood prevention workers can greatly improve work efficiency and provide the powerful information data support for flood control and drought relief decisions.
