As the carrier of social memory,information resources are of great significance to the continuation of social memory.The Yellow River civilization is the root and soul of Chinese civilization,and the characteristic information resources of the Yellow River are the direct carrier of the characteristic culture of the Yellow River.Therefore,the development and utilization of the characteristic information resources of the Yellow River is of great significance for inheriting and developing the Yellow River civilization and exploring the characteristic connotation and unique value of the Yellow River civilization.With the in-depth development of the digital era and the continuous progress of digital technology,combined with the concept of digital memory,The use of digital memory is the inevitable trend and internal demand of the development and utilization of the characteristic information resources of the Yellow River.Combined with the concept of digital memory in today's digital age,this paper tries to explore the development and utilization of the characteristic information resources of the Yellow River from the perspective of digital memory.The article is divided into six parts.The first two parts elaborate the research basis from the aspects of research background and significance,research status at home and abroad and related concepts and theories;The third part investigates and studies the current situation of the development and utilization of the characteristic information resources of the Yellow River in the archives of the nine provinces along the Yellow River,and analyzes the current situation from three aspects: preservation,development and utilization;The fourth part summarizes the development and utilization model of the characteristic information resources of the Yellow River from the perspective of digital memory,and analyzes the feasibility and three elements of the model;The fifth part puts forward the strategy of developing and utilizing the characteristic information resources of the Yellow River archives from the perspective of digital memory;The sixth part makes an empirical study on the case of Henan archives,which has a relatively perfect development and utilization of the characteristic information resources of the Yellow River from the perspective of digital memory.
