With the development of information technology and the popularization of network technology, computer software has become increasingly mature, the use of computer software has improved efficiency, and lowered error rate. Some permission is needed to log in to use the software so that security is guaranteed. Thus we have developed a system of performance management to save human resources and enhance efficiency. To some extent there exist in most so-called systems such disadvantages as low reusability of the code, limited expansion, under-secured procedures, slow-speed explorer, and lack of development. In view of these factors, this paper, basing on what we do in our college, introduces how we use ASP.NET and C # language to design and develop the performance management system. After deep analyses of the current management systems, to meet the demands of vocational colleges, this paper has planed a relevant functional framework of management, and given circumstantial solution to every module. With object-oriented developing method and in a mode of three-tier-structure design, using Microsoft Visual Studio.NET and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as ASP.NET development platform, this system is capable of connecting and accessing every module and the database, as well as managing and maintaining the backstage database, with detailed description of the design and implementation process. Source codes are given concerning to the key technologies. This management system has many advantages such as universal performance, extended procedures, ready maintenance and high security, consequently can meet the current demands of students'performance management in our college, largely improving the management efficiency, hence of practical significance.
