Design And Implementation Of Performance Management System Of Huhhot Railway Foreign Economic Group

In the Age of Big-Data,Computer and AI have developed rapidly,many large institutions are increasingly adopting scientific management.So how to scientifically design and implement the performance management system used in enterprises now valued by major companies.The performance management system implements the corresponding measures of rewards and punishments according to the results of the performance appraisals of staff by using scientific method,developing relevant reference standards and adopting the principles of fairness and justice.At the meantime,the system could census errors at work,allocate the new tasks reasonably,provide the reference for the new targets and further improve the firm resource allocation,which enhance the management level of enterprises.In this paper,the author makes a comprehensive and detailed discussion about the system function and the process of system structure,then carried out a detailed analysis of each function module of the system.Also the author designs the performance contract function of the key part of the system carefully.At last,the author tests the performance management system;the test result smeet the design expectations.The performance and functionality of the system is the core of the software and it is also the specific symptoms for robustness and quality.We must assure the system's real-time response and dealing with users interaction abilities.At the same time prior to data warehousing operations also realizes the encryption function,but also to meet the security requirements of the system.This paper designs the performance appraisals on the basis of the sales management mode of the group.While the comprehensive evaluation system is still not detailed enough,which the author will continue to improve and upgrade in the follow-up research design.
