| This thesis take Beijing Red Bull company automated packing production line as the research object. By analyzing the automated production line, and packing technology to start, major study with the packing control and process control. The entire production line employs advanced technology to improve the packing machine automatic control level and production efficiency, use of PLC control and bus control technologies to improve system automation ideas. And the most complex packaging machine electric control part adopts PLC control system is the B & R CP360, it's responsible for synchronous control of the various parts of the machine, Acopos servo control. Through the reasonable allocation of these several aspects composition of a high-speed, real-time, reliability network-wide integrated automation control system. Three aspects of the entire system application of, advanced technology to improve operational reliability and stability to meet the various demands for filling, it will make significance development to the for the filling beverage production. |
