Human Resources as the most important battle resources,are the key element for an enterprise to realize its target. All enterprises'Managers think we should use advanced technical methods to manage human resources,build wide HRMS for enterprises'policy decision department,he1p enterprises make reasonable Human Resources plans and staffs training plans,improve enterprises'ability of competition,promote the healthy and stable development of the enterprise. With the development of science technology,especially the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology,it offers effecting technology supporting for enterprise using this technology to improve the effect of HRM,and competition ability of an enterprise.The introduction of this thesis contains some knowledge of HRMS, mainly including the development background and the development history of this system,it also contains the analyzing and comparing about the home and abroad HRMS. Then introduces the key technology used in the system. Next it combines the implement of this system in enterprise and expounds in details Including requirement analyzing,system design,system realizing and so on. Requirement analyzing contains five aspects according to HRM in enterprise. They are background and present conditions , the confirmation of requirement analyzing, the professional work courses of HRM,the must characteristics of HRM and the data process of HRM. System design contain three aspects,according to HRMS in Enterprise. They are how to design the form of this system, how to design and realize the exchange between this system and the outer data and how to design the function Models of this system. System realizing contains seven function Models according to the HRM in enterprises, they are system management, department management, staff management, checking attendance management, salary management, training management and self-service inquiry for staff and so on. Finally,they are the summary of this thesis and a future feature of Enterprises HRMS.The purpose of constructing the system is to unify the data related to HRM, then forms a unified data pool and helps the HRM-staff in the enterprise to plan and manage the human resources.
