Digital beamforming technology is a means to achieve beamforming with digital methods,it can process the antenna array signal by using advanced digital signal processing technologies,as it retain all the messages of antenna unit signal.The technology of digital beamforming can dramatically enhances array antenna performances.These performances including fast adaptive pattern nulling, ultra-low sidelobes, adaptive space-time processing, high resolution direction fiding,etc. The technology of digital beamforming is one of the key technologies of target detection for the new military radar. Besides,the DBF technology has broad prospects for application in communications,navigation, earthquakes, medical electronics and other fields.For many years,The high cost of T/R restrict its use.However, with the development of electronic devices,microwave components and high-speed digital processing equipment in recent years, this problem is resolved gradually.now,the DBF technology play a more important role in the phase array,and its use is not limited to the narrow-band or at subarray level.The main results are as follows:1.A highprecision and feasible algorithm & software for ADC dynamic parameters test achieves success.2.Realize narrowband DBF in FPGA,preliminary accomplish broadband DBF'design and verification.3.Propose a novel impedance-match method for IF output to ADC,find and resolve a bad impedance-match ADC of linear which we used .4.Research on DBF system synthesize simulation, finished the behaviour simulation of RF front-end. Preliminary study the co-simulation with matlab,cadence,etc.5. Finish a flash memory system which can save datas at a rate of 300MBit.
