With the rapid development of economy and the rapid expansion of the scale ofurbanization and regionalization, the drainage system has become the infrastructure ofeveryday life, environmental protection, flood control and drainage in an area.Because of the development of computer network technology, the drainage systemcan achieve the Standardized management, scientific dispatch, remote monitoring,and emergency response of the drainage system. It also achieves good economic andsocial benefits. Tianjin Harbor Industrial Area becomes the important functional area.Now it has attracted a large number of well-known enterprises from home and abroadsettled which effectively promote the development of the Harbor Industrial Area. Inorder to adapt to the development environment of the industrial area, the specialplanning program design of Harbor Industrial Area drainage engineering need to bearranged and established on the basis of the existing drainage plan and currentdrainage facilities.This paper on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the development history ofthe drainage informatization management system and research status, the frameworkof the drainage informatization management is designed and planed by combininghydrographic conditions and drainage status of Tianjin Harbor Industrial Area,furtherexploring the structure of the drainage informatization management system andproviding guidance and advice for the drainage information management system ofurban and industrial area in future.
