The rapid development of the national meteorological modernization, whichgreatly improved the degree of automation of the business of the meteorologicalobservation. In recent years, a large number of Doppler weather radar, automaticweather stations, automatic rainfall stations detection equipment, to provide a richer,more accurate, more timely detection data for weather forecasting and meteorologicalservices, as well as the equipment maintenance and support, detection site informationmanagement has brought unprecedented pressures and challenges. ChinaMeteorological Administration, business technology system reform and technicalsecurity system requirements: equipment management to further information network,to achieve standardized management; equipment supply to adopt informationtechnology, modern logistics technology; equipment maintenance and technicalsupport to the whole network equipment operation monitoring system, remote visualfault diagnosis technology, fast response. Urgent need to build a Web-basedprovincial meteorological equipment operator protection platform.Research meteorological equipment operator protection platform is a set oflocalized, can remote real-time monitoring detection equipment operating status ofthe system, the system uses the FTP way real-time access to equipment operatingstatus parameter information and alarm information file and data decoding establishdatabase to facilitate the inquiry, statistics and understanding of the equipment ofvarious state parameters. System uses B/S and GIS map of human-computerinteraction, provincial and station level technical equipment support staff, convenientaccess, easy operation, fast response; same time, the system is also capable throughthe parameters of meteorological equipment real-time analysis, identify anomaliesand timely voice or SMS alarm to notify the relevant personnel for troubleshootingpurposes and the communication conditions allow, but also to a certain remote faultanalysis and maintenanceWith the development of the software engineering principle of top-down mode ofthe system requirements analysis and design, and to establish a system ofmeteorological equipment operator protection platform model, system softwaredevelopment then stratified sub-module development mode, using ASP.NETdevelopment techniques, the use of object-oriented C#language for system programming and Implementation, SQL Server2005relational database systemprovides a powerful and comprehensive database support environment.System through nearly a year of research and development, commissioning andtesting of the online, to good effect.
