Condom Dipping Production Line Computer Control System Design

According to the control requirements of three condom production lines in Qingdao Double Butterfly Group,the computer group control system based on configuration software and RDBMS(relational database management system) was designed and developed.This system included the computer supervision and control system and production data management system.The distributed control structure was adopted and the KingView was choosen as the configuration software of computer.The communication network flat was built with RS-485 bus in this computer supervision and control system which was to realize the centralized supervision and control of three condom production lines.Firstly,condom production process was introduced and the whole scheme was described in this part. Secondly,the design scheme of hardware system,the hardware system configuration and the measure and control plan of the process parameters were introduced.Thirdly,the configuration software design scheme,the design and distribution in the network of configuration pictures were introduced.The production data management system employed Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database and Visual Basic 6.0 as the development tool to realize the functions of storage and query of production data,the report printing,the export of report with Excel form and user login management.In this part,the interface design between KingView and database,the interface design between VB and database,the database system design and the access pictures were introduced.There are some bright qualities in this system including realizing the centralized group control of three condom production lines in one KingView project and video supervision and control,distributing the configuration pictures in the network.The desired effect was accomplished through testing time after time in the production scene.This system has endured circulation and inspection during a period of time,the result approved that its stability,safety and control in time all can fulfill the practical need. It makes good economic benefits,provides a kind of new approach to develop and reform small and medium-sized computer control system in the latex industry and could be widely promoted.
