The Design And Realization Of College Computer Classroom Management System

Along with the rapid development of the computer technology and networktechnology, the upgrading of the digital education implementation, universities andcolleges are equipped with a lot of micro-computers, set up much modern publiccomputer room. Under the premise to ensure the computer specialized curriculumteaching requirements, the computer room should meet the students’ demand as far aspossible to use computers in their spare time free. Now, including Zibo Normal College,some universities still use artificial method to achieve room scheduling and manage thefree use of the computers in spare time. By the artificial management mode, theadministrators’ work is hard, the machines are vulnerable, it is difficult to control themalicious damage, and it is difficult to satisfy the public computer room management ofthe College’s urgent request.In this paper, combines with the actual demand of management automation in ZiboNormal College public computer room, it is introduced that the manual managementmode couldn’t meet the requirements of the lab’s advanced and scientific management.After consulting many related reference and draw lessons from the other mature system,according to the modern software engineering development principles, using VisualBasic6.0programming language and Microsoft SQL Server2000database system,based on C/S structure, the public computer room monitoring and management systemis designed.The paper begins with a brief overview of the university computer roommanagement system development background and present status at home and abroad,presents an analysis of the computer lab management problems that exist in ZiboNormal College, and according to the existence question drew a detailed system needsanalysis reports, detailed system design goals, design principles and design ideas. Andthen determine the design scheme of the system, program planning curriculum,computer billing, remote monitoring and other functions, and a detailed analysis of theserver end and the client’s main function module design. It is introduced that networkcommunication technology, UML system modeling, database access technology and remote monitoring technology used in the system. Finally, according to the designscheme of this system, and detailed test system status and the function, the test resultsare given.Experimental results show that, the system can meet management modernizationurgent demand of the Zibo Normal College public computer room. It can be availably tosolve their scientific, digital and standard escalated request about the computer roommanagement of Zibo Normal College computer center, the management level can bepromoted to a new level. Finally, the paper summarizes that the features and thedeficiencies in the system, proposes the measures for improvement and expansionprogram, and points out the direction for further research.
