The emissions of phosphorus chemical industry production waste is the mainsources of phosphogypsum. Scientists have done a lot of research work in manyyears for changing Phosphogypsum as a resource. Our country has made someprogress in the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum. For exemple, as a soilconditioner, produc cement retarder, product building plaster etc. But now, gypsumpowder production line’s automation level is rather backward in our country. Mostof them are manual control by referencing instrument. Restrictions due to the levelof automation, gypsum powder production in China is still in the state of productsare few and low quality. Calcination temperature control of the phosphogypsum isessential for the quality of gypsum powder and it is essential too for continuous andstable product of gypsum powder. In order to improve the quality of gypsum powder,to achieve continuous productof gypsum powder, it has a great significance ofstudying a distributed control system for fluidized gypsum powder production.This article analysis the process of phosphorus gypsum powder production line.For the characteristics of reliability, stability and real-time in the control system ofphosphogypsum production line, designing automatic control of the production line.The system not only easy to operate, easy to maintain, and improve productionefficiency, stable product quality. Achieved good control effect and bring goodeconomic benefits for the factory.In order to achieve the control of key industry parameters and make theproduction process stability. The control system set up four control loop, includecontrol of the discharge port temperature, control of the pre-drying temperature,control of fluidized bed furnace temperature and control of the calciner entrancetemperature. The annual production line of phosphorus gypsum powder is30~100ten thousand tons per year.The calciner is four-room structure and it have only oneentrance of hot gas.The research project in this article is200ten thousand tons peryear.The four-room structure Calciner unable to meet production requirements, sothis subject of calciner’s structure is five-room. In the third room added an air inlet to improve efficiency at the same time in this room added a tail gas outlet. Found inproduction that the conventional control calciner feeding amount of calciningfurnace outlet temperature control could effectively control the temperaturedisturbance of first room,but it can not effectively control the temperaturedisturbance of third room. A solution is by controlling the thirs room’s exhaustvolume. Control valve opening of the third room’s temperature air adjusting valve tocontrol air inlet temperature disturbance. So in the original closed-loop system toincrease the third room temperature control, thus forming a double closed-loopcontrol system. Improvement of the whole system’s control characteristic.
