Lyophilization of parenterals is the most complicated and the most difficult type in making the medicine but it has the most profits. Its difficult is the parameter examination and system controling of the machine. Combining my work, the topic that I choose: The machine of lyophilization of parenterals production line is tuened the controling system more excellent and reformed.Lyophilization machine gathers the integral knowledge of machine, electricity, pressing liquid , making cold, craft etc. Because of its controling point and controling system is more complicated, in the 1990 the lyophilization equipments just began big development;Since 2000, the lyophilization machine just started produced in China. But its the accuracy of the controlling and the system stabilities has the big margin in comparing foreign products. The lyophilization machine that we use now is produced by the instrument of Shanghai analysis the factory in China. Its problem in the usage is that the vacuum pumps and the refrigerating machines carry on atthe full speed during 30-90 lyophilizating hours that is not needed.Another problem is its re-appearing is bad. Curve excellent turning of the lyophilization curve is very important in the whole progress. But it has the big deviation between the initial value of the temperature, pressure and the target. It needs the workers adjust the parameter according to its data of the last hour in the freezing dry progress more than 30-90 hours. In order to the temperature goes up less 5 degree per hour at one and two time of the lyophilizing process.According to lyophilizatation three important stages,we use the Variable Frequency Speed Regulation(VFSR) in the vacuum system and the refrigerating system. The machine has many parameters,such as temperature, pressure, vacuum etc. These parameters constitution is not the superior for the sake of attaining the better control result, needed to redesign again.We carry out our controling experience with the calculator, put the fuzzy-pid control into the controlling progress,the lyophilization dry curve has becomes much better.In the fact,we have economized a great deal of energy and the controling of lyophilizer in lyophilizing has become much better.
