The company is the manufacturers using precipitated to product silica, precipitated silica is also known as precipitated hydrated silica, molecular formula is:Si02·nH2O.At present, the company's production control system is manually, which makes low efficiency and staff's security is not guaranteed. Therefore, we conducted a silica automation of the production process. Transformation program has three modes:Manual control, semi-automatic control and automatic control. Manually operated valve directly controls all movements and the motor start and stop stirring.Semi-automatic method for closed-loop control of flow in each loop, set a flow, in accordance with the requirements formula, under the start button in the corresponding step. At present, configuration software used in Automatic control of silica is still very rare, the degree of information and remote monitoring is not enough, so we should make full use of advantages of configuration software in the control system to improve the control system automation.The main content of this research is to achieve the production automation of silica process, using Kingview configuration software to control and monitor. According requirements of remote control system to develop control plan, arrange for the screen layout and feature set reasonably, establish the communication link of the host computer and the slave, have monitoring, trend curves, data reporting and alarm functions.
