With the wide spread of the concept of "Industry 4.0",China's manufacturing industry is transforming from manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing.MES is a key part of enterprise informatization,which plays a key role in the intelligent and information-based development of enterprise production,and can greatly improve the manufacturing and management capabilities of manufacturing enterprises,and is also one of the indispensable technologies to help enterprises complete the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.More and more colleges and universities in China have opened courses on MES technology,but due to the lack of corresponding MES teaching platforms,they cannot meet the needs of curriculum teaching and training.Faced with the urgent demand for information talents in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and industrial internet,it is urgent to develop a set of MES teaching and training platform for colleges and universities.Develop a MES teaching and training platform for colleges and universities.This article takes the imported automated filling production line of Festo company's as the research object,researches and designs a set of practical and reliable MES control system,and provides a technical platform for universities and enterprises to study and research MES and its applications.While serving college and universities teaching and scientific research,it simulates the actual industrial production process and explores the optimization design of automatic filling MES systems.The specific research work is as follows:Firstly,research and analyze the hardware system of the automatic filling production line.According to the typical production form of the modern process industry,research and analyze the process automation unit of work,filling and packaging work unit,transmission and logistics unit of work,combined with the application scenarios of teaching and training MES system,analyze the functional structure and control methods of each working unit of the production line,and lay the hardware environment of MES system development.Secondly,combine with the relevant theoretical framework of the MES system under international standards,the overall plan of the MES system is designed,the purpose of project development is designed,the overall plan of the automatic filling production line MES control system is designed,the development environment of the MES system is prepared,and the MES system's production management,order management,quality management and database management are designed in detail.According to the database development specifications,the background database of MES system is designed.Furthermore,the MES real-time data collection system and communication network are deeply researched,and the detailed realization process and method of data collection are analyzed.Research the key technologies and theories of data collection: Propose a data collection method based on OPC UA technology and RFID system.And realize the communication between PLC and MES,and build a production line network communication.Finally,the Window system is used as the development platform,the C/S architecture is used,the Visual Studio 2010 is used as the development tool,the user interface is developed using VB.NET,and the Access 2010 is used as the background database for the system.The PLC controller communicates with database through TCP/IP protocol,and the MES software accesses the background database based on the ODBC open database connection technology to realize the storage and query of production data.Researching and designning the MES control system,make it become the information teaching and training platform of automatic filling production lines to meet the needs of colleges and universities for MES system teaching and training platform.
