| To cultivate the innovative talents and improve the quality of education, as well as tobetter meet the social expectations of the students’ability and knowledge,strengthening the practice ability for engineering students is an important way. Inorder to improve the practice ability for the students whose major is automation, andto improve their innovation ability in practice, taking the real beer production asbackground, an automatic control system for a beer simulated production line is buildat the school of Electrical Engineering and Automation in Tianjin University. Itsupplies a good platform for the students’ experiments and research, which combinesthe manufacture, learning and research together.The automatic control system for beer simulated production line is divided into twoparts, the beer brewing simulated production line and beer filling simulatedproduction lines. This paper only focuses on the design and implementation for thebeer filling simulated production line, which consists of seven divisions: arrangingbottle, cleaning bottle, filling, covering with the lid, the detection of foreign body,labeling and packing. Various divisions can be worked both independently andcoherently. Therefore, students can not only control the separate divisions, but alsocomplete the design of computers distributed control system for the whole system.PLC technology, field bus technology, Ethernet technology, configuration technology,database technology and JSP technology are used to design the automatic controlsystem for the beer filling simulated production line, including the device layer,control layer, Ethernet layer and management layer. As a result, filedbus controlsystem in equipment and control layer, control and monitor system in Ethernet layer,and the database system and remote data query system in management layer are built,realizing the functions of automatic running, remote monitoring, data processing, andremote date querying for the beer filling simulated production line. |
