| With the development and the advancement of information technology in society, The office automation (OA) system ,based on computer and network, has becoming an important approach of improving work efficiency in enterprises and units. Imbursing the poor students is one of the important management tasks in university. As increasing financing which is used to help the poor students of the country every year, the task of imbursing the poor students has become harder than before. Shaking off the- old work mode and using computer and network effectively has become an available method of improving work efficiency in university.The subject for the decision-making system of imbursing the poor student is designed by ASP.NET which based on .NET Framework of Microsoft. The system made a good use of the characters of ASP.NET in developing Web-based applications and used the method of software engineering, so that it had perfect function.Using the decision-making system of Tianjin Normal University as background this thesis presented the whole process of implementation from the investigation of business flow to the initial design and detail design, then to the realization of system. It drawn out experiences from practice and describes the developing process of a complete decision-making system in detail. Moreover, the presentation of ADO.NET, Web Service, SQLServer2005, the developing principle, characters in function, scheme in design and methods of implementation were given out in the thesis.The system included the functions such as information management, data management, bulletin management and role management etc. It satisfied the demand of imbursing the poor student task in the school. The system has been finished and tried to be used in the school. The system will continue to be developed the new function module for the needs of the school. It was shown in practice that the system can improve the efficiency of official business in school and make standardization of the management. |
