With the development of science,automatic control gradually develops to the direction of complex network control.At this time,as a control designer,solving the underlying real-time control problem can't meet the social's needs,it needs to solve the issues of comprehensive automation caused by information integration of the upper management.As a traditional laborintensive enterprise in China,the spinning industry has many employees and complicated management.The study of the construction of office automation systems and related decision support for such enterprises is of great significance in improving corporate office efficiency and improving the scientific decision-making and improving the competitiveness of enterprise.Therefore,this paper studies the informationization construction of a spinning enterprise's production and management,and finally realizes an office automation system with decision support function.First of all,this paper conducts a survey and analysis of the actual situation of the spinning enterprise and the needs of users and determines the main business processes and the main objectives of the system.Based on this,the main functions of the system were designed.Secondly,this paper models and solves the order distribution problem in the production of spinning enterprise,analyzes the needs of the spinning company and the characteristics of product production,determines the main objectives for order allocation,based on these goals,a multi-objective order allocation model is established and it is solved by PSO algorithm.By comparing with the manual distribution results,it shows that the order allocation method studied in this paper can provide decision support function for enterprise order allocation.Thirdly,this paper studies the performance assessment of production personnel and production managers of the spinning company.The paper determines the performance appraisal indicators that are suitable for the appraisal personnel according to the characteristics of the appraisal personnel,designs the index data acquisition and selects the fuzzy cluster analysis to perform performance appraisal on the production personnel and production management personnel of the enterprise according to the characteristics of these indicators.Then,comparing with the production performance evaluation examples proves that the fuzzy clustering analysis method can provide effective decision support function for the company's human resources to improve salary and position changes.Then,the article describes the design and implementation of system software.The idea of software design is elaborated,and the software's running architecture?logical architecture?data architecture and development architecture are completed.C# as front-end development language,matlab as intelligent algorithm development language,Microsoft SQL SERVER as database management system,using ASP.NET technology framework complete system software development under the guidance of standard programming ideas and select Several representative development examples such as the workflow engine for analysis.Finally,this paper tests the system from three aspects: system function,compatibility and performance.The result shows that the system can achieve the expected functional requirements.
