Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System For Middle School Based On.NET

Along with the progress of the computer and network technology, the work ofinformatization construction has been developed in various walks of life, in order torealize the digitization and automation of the daily business processing through theinformationization means such as network technology, database technology, multimediatechnology, etc. As the important place of the foundation education, Middle schooleducation bear the core teaching contents for nine years compulsory education, underthe background of the current information construction, it faces realistic problems suchas lower administrative work efficiency, miscommunication between departments,important teaching notice issued announcement can’t be timely shared, etc. Therefore, itis exploring the application of information technology in school and service in the dailyteaching and management work that has important practical significance, the thesiscombines with the present situation of administrative management in WujiangExperimental Middle School, the implementation process of the middle school officeautomation system is discussed, as to through the research, realize the purpose ofimproving business efficiency and indirect improving teaching effect.The design and implementation process of the office automation system for middleschool are introduced in the thesis. First of all, the author analyzes the research situationof domestic and foreign and related technologies, on the basis of deep investigation,discusses the users’ demands in detail, gives the process of data flow analysis; Then,based on the result of requirement analysis, the author designs for the system structure,database, each function module, and gives the detailed design project; Finally, discussesthe process of coding and testing for the network office, SMS platform, teaching servicesubsystem in detail. The system adopts ASP.NET technology, database chooses SQLServer2005, and program development platform chooses Visual Studio2008. thesystem includes three subsystem of network office, SMS platform, teaching service,among them, the network office subsystem, through the official document style andflow route custom, document drafting and online examination and approval, realizes theefficient transmission of common documents for the school, improves the efficiency of the daily office work; SMS platform integrated the function of SMS single and group,provides a feasible mechanism for the timely sharing of important messages; Teachingservice subsystem provides the function application of collective lesson preparation,schedule query, convenient for the teachers’ daily teaching work.The office automation system for middle school is discussed in the thesis, whichprovides the functions such as the official document style, user-defined routetransmission; effectively enhances the flexibility of the system; In the technical schemeselection, adopted the three layers structure, through the logic layer, not only improvesthe system adaptability and flexibility, and also significantly reduces the maintenanceworkload in later period. At present, the office automation system has operated online inthe Wujiang Experimental Middle School, from the actual operation situation to see, thesystem has a significant effect in improving the efficiency of daily office work.
