This dissertation does an empirical research on internationalized talents cultivat ionbased on the Delphi and Questionnaire survey of talents demand in the journalism industry.By collecting the attitude indexes of journalism academic circle and journalism field, itanalyzes and discusses the differences and similarit ies between two groups, constructs thequalities and abilities of internationalized journalism talents.This dissertation can be divided into four parts: The first introduction part analyzesthe importance of internationalized journalism talents cultivation that based on the demandof market and its related curriculums reform by describing the curre nt situation ofjournalism development and its jobholders. This part also generalizes the content andframe structure of this research, constructs the frame of qualit ies and abilities ofinternationalized journalism talents and their corresponding indexes by Delphi method.Then, the second part summarizes the current research states of internationalizedjournalism talents and its curriculum design, which provide a logic starting point for thefurther study in the next chapter.The third chapter analyzes the questionnaire of"research on the internationalizedjournalism talents"in details, systematically analyzes and discusses the"qualities andabilities of internationalized journalism talents". Finally, a summary is presented in chapterfour, it narratives the theoretical practical significance of this research, reviews the defectsof this study objectively, and also anticipates the future study in this ground.
