The Design And Implementation Of College Students Comprehensive Quality Cultivation And Management System

Based on the study of the students’ community, scientific and technological innovation and social practice in Sichuan Water Conservancy Vocational College, the author found some existing problems in the management of the students’ comprehensive quality cultivation. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a management system for this college, which need more effective measures to solve the main problems and more significant improvement to the future development. At the same time, according to the related research of the domestic as well as the foreign, the author found that these management systems have the same basic technical routes which use different software, such as Vitual C++ + Access, Asp.net + Oracle, Delphi + Access and so on, or use the combination of them. All the basic technical routes are the operation of the database by programming the software design, and will display the data from the database. That will let the users be clear at a glance and realize the interaction with software, and make the management of student information easily and efficiently. However, they are basically based on the concept of management level, which only has the management information. Thus, it is worthwhile to make a study on this kind of system.At the beginning of this paper, the author makes a comprehensive research on the community management, scientific and technological innovation management and social practice, in order to form the database and pave the way for subsequent work. Then, the author completes the programming design of the main interface and the database link by using the visual programming software Delphi and the simple database Access. Specifically, Access tries to complete the design of various data tables and use the database to realize the connection of the main program and the data. Thus, the college will establish the management system of the students’ comprehensive quality cultivation. The final research goal is to organize the mixed messages together and to reflect the data from the transparent and reasonable management system.
