Journalism Education in China since the spontaneous brake for China's journalism training a large number of useful talents, has made remarkable achievements. However, with the rapid development of journalism, journalism education relative to the tension of the rich and colorful news practitioners state become increasingly lagging behind, especially in journalism education content, form, concept, effects and many other areas, there has been the practice and news seriously out of line. The topics of journalism interns from colleges and universities in the news industry internship in the process of the ability to expose the status quo as the starting point, real fine journalism education colleges and universities to spy out the existence of this reality.Specifically, college journalism interns hands-on ability is specifically expressed in "News and written skills to be improved, sensitive information is weak, lack of coordination of social communication, journalism cognitive biases," four aspects. Thus, this paper put forward the college journalism interns hands-on capacity-building measures: (a) to strengthen the public the proportion of practice teaching; (b) together with the industry to establish a broad base of practice teaching; (3) journalism students to actively participate in News internship; (4) jointly established monitoring system for interns to ensure that practice effects.In research methods, this paper uses a questionnaire survey methodology focused and informative, clear arguments, conclusions and objective truth. From the practical point of view, this paper not only has a strong practical significance, but also has a specific value of theoretical research.
