Operation Of The Network For The Sla Monitoring System Design And Realization

Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a formal negotiated agreement about the level of the service quality between two parties——service provider and customer.This thesis is based on the author's Chengdu Hi-tech Zone project—"SLA Oriented Network Monitor System".During the project, the author gives deeply research on the relevant issues of SLA Monitoring systems with referencing the latest research results around the world. we develop the network monitoring system integrated the advantages of traditional network management system and SLA system.Our system will not only make the network administrators of the private network easily master the conditions of the network,detect and resolute the problems that exist in network but also make the service providers and customers monitor the quality of services of SLA.The first chapter of the thesis has a brief introduction to the network management system and SLA.The second chapter--system functions analysis,first analyses the main function of traditional network management system and then analyses the function from the parameters model,service model,life cycle and management framework of SLA. At last the second chapter compares the functions between traditional network management system and SLA system.The third chapter--system design,makes a clear system goal and divides the the system function into several modules and selects the B/S+C/S mixed-mode system as the main framework and chooses the development tools and development environment for the system.The fourth chapter--system implementation,not only introduces the implementation of web server and main control module UDP server module all finished by myself,but also from the overall perspective introduces the implementation of other modules focused on the relevance between them and the system.The fifth chapter--system actual running examples, clarifies the system processes,analyzes the the results of the system.
