The research work presented in this dissertation concern area of hierarchies of service, which belong to domain of computing service, it contributes to the purpose of making service executing under dependability, such that they can be used in real world business environments. For this purpose, instrument used in this dissertation is Service Level Agreement. And the main focus is on the aspect of hierarchies of service, which reflect corresponding hierarchies of service. The work of this thesis presented here includes a formal definition of the construction of SLA hierarchies, a translation module, management architecture, a formal penalties model, and a representation of SLA which can facilitates the in-memory processing. It shows that automated SLA management in hierarchical architecture is possible by using these tools. Within this specific area, different resource capacity scheduling are tested via simulation, in the case of online and offline. The online planning mainly concerns the normal runtime situations, and in this thesis, some greedy-algorithms based methods are tested with regard to their energy-savings efficiency and their performance. In the offline planning case, a resource-lacked status is simulated with the purpose of minimizing penalties from already established SLAs, several different flexible planning strategies are examined, and make a evaluation by comparing them.
