Cloud computing is regards as a new IT technology, and its price is defined as a very important determining or modifying factor in market competition. So that if the Service Providers want to have a high space in the market environment, they must take a good focuse on the processing of the service flowing, especially on the Quality of Service for the service customer.Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an agreement about the Quality of Service between the Service Provider and Service Customer, it aims at defining the details of the service contents, responsibilities and obligations, service price et al. So a good quality of service can be supplied for the customer if the SLA is signed, then, if the quality of the service is not reached the level of the customer required, then the pently should be supplied by the service provider. At the same time, Cloud Computing Service Level Agreement (CSLA) is also an agreement between the cloud computing service provider and cloud computing customer, which is used to llustrate the aviability, capability and the target and any other measured goal of the service. Also, the agreement is used to ensure the service executed and realized as the definition of the agreement.The cloud computing service can not be supplied freely for the customer, because the service provider should pay for the IT resources, the expenses of each department and other costs for the service suppliers. So that the customer should pay for the cloud computing service, and the expense depends on the service contents and the service level. So how can we keep the two participants equivalent? CSLA is a key method to ensure the service standard.Based on the current research situation, this thesis takes account of the Cloud Computing Service Level Agreement, and do some research on how to allocate the virtual resource in the cloud computing datasource and reduce the situation of the violations happening. On the other hand, some research about how to define some methods to make the virtual resource costs minimized and the violations situation costs minimized to adapt the users'dynamic changed requirements is still discussed in the thesis.In the thesis, the Literature research method, model transformation method, simulation experiment and an empirical study are used. The contents of this thesis is inclouded about six parts. The first part is the Introduction. The second part is the first chapter about the basic theory of the Quality of Service and the SLA Management. The third part is chapter two, about the contents of the Cloud Computing Service Level Agreement. The forth part is chapter three, about the key parameters of the CSLA. The fifth part is chapter four, chapter five and chapter six, about the cost model of the cloud computing service. The last part is chapter seven, the main contents and conclusion of the thesis are concluded, the disadvantages are reflected, and the future research is prospected.The details of the research are as follows:In the first part, firstly, the background and significance of the research are introduced. Secondly, the contents of SLA, cost model of cloud computing service and the cost model of cloud computing service based on SLA are researched. Based on these research areas, the shortcomings of the current researches are found:there is no research about the cost model based on SLA and the dynamic resources allocation schemes, or solution to the requirements of the customers'dynamic changed requirements. Thirdly, the theory, method and contents of the thesis are arranged based on the unsolved problems.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study, so that in this chapter, the theory of Quality of Service and Service Level Agreement Management are analyzed.In the third part, mainly the contents and management of CSLA are explored. Also, based on the theory of eTOM in the area of telecom, the CSLA management model and business relationship model are constructed. These two models can be used as a reference for the study of CSLA key parameters and the effective solutions for the violation situation. In the forth part, ontology and method of algorithm matching are used to identify the key parameters of CSLA, the result of this experiment proves that the key parameters of CSLA are as follows:response time, VMs type, data transfer speed, processor speed, storage capability, service credit and availability. This result can be used as a significant reference for the study of cost model in the following parts.The fifth part, which is the last research part of the thesis, takes focus on the cost model of cloud computing service. Firstly, the research perspective is divided into two aspects based on the different roles of the cloud provider during the processing of the cloud computing service, respectively they are cloud resource provider (such as IaaS) and cloud service provider (such as SaaS and PaaS). During the research of cost model of IaaS, the innovative research idea is that SLA is used as a guid to explore a new way of resource allocation customers required. The purpose of the research is to investigate the resource request allocation rules and cost model aiming at minimize the virtual resource costs and SLA violation situation costs. On the other hand, during the discussing on cost model of SaaS and PaaS, mathematical model and algorithm model are examinated, which are used as a better resource allocation policy to satisfy the customers' dynamic changed requirements. Secondly, some further study about the cost model is considered in the area of the libray cloud computing service based on the CSLA.At last, the idea of the whole thesis is based on basic point of the cloud QoS, and then SLA is proposed in the study to ensure the QoS of the cloud computing service. So in the following of the thesis, six key parameters of CSLA are used as reference basic to discuss cost model of IaaS, SaaS/PaaS and library cloud computing service from the perspective of virtual resource request rules, customers' dynamic changed requirements, virtual resource costs and SLA violation costs.
