Into the 21st century information age, network technology at the core of information technology has a profound impact on all aspects of the field of education. It affects not only the education styles and learning modes, but also the education ideas, education concepts, education contents, and education methods. As the educators, we are changing education contents, education methods, and existing education modes to satisfy the needs of the society for all kinds of primary skillful people. In recent years, the state attaches great importance to the development of the secondary vocational education, but the secondary vocational schools are confronted with so many problems. The Web-based cooperative learning is put forward as an attempt of education reform with realistic meaning to meet the development of the secondary vocational education of computer professional teaching.First of all, the research status and development trend of the current cooperative learning research at home and abroad were approached. Then the basic study objects, emphases, targets and methods analyzed in this thesis are introduced. Through the research of documents in the field of research on cooperative learning, the theory of cooperative learning and web-based cooperative learning is analyzed and summarized, in conjunction with the characteristics of the secondary vocational education school students. The group strategy and evaluation of Web-based cooperative learning of the secondary vocational education of computer professional teaching has been put forward. After the detailed exploration of the relative theory about cooperative learning and the characteristics of the computer professional teaching are analyzed, a process design of web-based cooperative learning in the secondary of web-based cooperative learning in the secondary vocational computer professional teaching will be put forward. In this paper, a platform of web-based cooperative learning in the secondary vocational computer professional teaching also was designed and developed.At present, we have an initial cooperation of the Web-based learning in the level of teaching computer science applied in practice platform. From the investigation of actual teaching, we can see that the preliminary application of teaching platform has obtained a certain effect.This research needs to carry on following work mainly including the system design improvement and the consummation, system's promotion and the application effect and soon, the measure result of the application effect will be used as the evidence for further optimization system.
