Networking, and digital information environment has basically taken shape, through the rapid development of Internet, computer, and communications technology. For the traditional knowledge services andinformation resource centre------University Library, this will be a tough challenge. Butalso for the University Library knowledge services has brought unprecedented opportunities for development. To meet the growing social service needs of knowledge, traditional university library services must change to a knowledge center for services, through changing its original model and content.
